Boston.com / News / Local / Mass. / Perdue recalls chicken strips for possible underprocessing

They went to Subway restaurants in MA. USDA classified it as Class 1 recall, with a high risk to health: "This is a health hazard situation where there is a reasonable probability that the use of the product will cause serious, adverse health consequences or death. "

What the F does underprocessed mean? Like bones, or like undercooked, or like bacteria?

Really wishing I hadn't stop by Subway for that buffalo chicken sub a few weeks ago. Well, I'm still alive right? So, I shouldn't get sick or anything, right?
