The end of first year!
Well, I officially became a second year yesterday at 11:30. After working for a few hours, I celebrated with classmates at a "new" second year party. Conversed with classmates, meet some significant others, drank some smirnoff, watched some Beirut. Then left and joined the party in progress at my house. Good times with housemates and friends. I think we toured a house being re-modeled, but I'm not sure. "I have never" is a game where you learned LOTS of new things about people, lol. But it was all good and finally crashed in bed at 4:30am. Woke up at 2:00p and stared at the ceiling for a while before getting up just because I could. Ate breakfast, showered, talked to a good friend that I haven't talked to in like a year, and went to check email to find a request, to which I promptly respond my writing this post. And now I am thinking I didn't do any of the stuff I wanted to do, and it doesn't matter except for the absolute mess that my room is in now and I need to clean but my friend is coming over at 7 and we are going on an adventure. Tomorrow I am going to get more stuff done and then travel home. Sunday going to the zoo/farm know as my sister's. To my sister probably reading this, I think you are prying, but thanks for the furniture and you should post a comment. Next week I am going to work on the list of things I have to do and go to a few appointments and meet the people/animals I am going to be pet sitting for. Then I start work the week after. Fun times.
Eliz, I hope this was as good for you as it was for me

Well, it was very exciting for me. I went to the City Museum on Friday night instead of partying. I know you're thinking, "Oh boy, a museum." But really, it was so good. It's more like a playground than a museum (http://citymuseum.org/). Pretty much you go and climb through everything (it's kind of like a giant slinky) and there's a cave maze and a 3 story slide and all sorts of stuff. If anyone who reads your blog ever goes to St. Louis, I highly recommend visiting at night (it's open til 1 am on weekends), since the outdoor part is made of metal and probably gets hot during the day. I probably should post about this on my own blog, huh? Anyhow, I guess I'll get back to work now.
Yes, you can link. :)
