Weekly posting

My life just isn't interesting enough to post more frequently than once a week :) I have one more exam left on Thursday and then am done for the summer. I can't believe I'm almost done. It has gone by very quickly.

I do have one gripe. Either the media are collectively a bunch of morons or thinks that the audience is. I just checked up on the local news (http://www.boston.com/news/necn/) and they have this story about 3 people dying from an organ transplant from a person infected with a rare rodent related virus, LCMV, that was transmitted by a hamster bought at Petsmart. They made no mention of what the recipients actually died of nor that they were on immunosuppressants so the organs were not rejected. They did however shows lots of shots of the inside of the Petsmart and pictures of hamsters, in order to incite panic and outrage I'm sure. Not until the end of the piece was it mentioned that the infected person died of a heart attack and that the rodent virus is not life threatening. Maybe it's just NECN cause the Herald had a much better piece on the same lead.

Bah to bad weather. I hate when it's this crappy out. Good news however, I am planning on getting two kittens for the next move. I have a bunch of options for where to get them, but haven't made any decisions. My computer is making funny noises.

I'm not coherent enough to write this blog post.

Hey, I know somebody who studies LCMV....it's boring! Wow, my last test for the summer is on Thursday too! Unless I fail it, then I have to retake later. Good luck on your test! And nice less-girly background...

Technically, I already passed the class since I earned enough points already. I would love to put my name on it and just hand it back to him, lol, he's such an ass. But he'd probably get so pissed he'd kick me out some how. Plus, I'd like a somewhat decent grade. I need a 43% to maintain my average, or a 93% to bump me up to the next grade. Think i can do it? I highly doubt it, since I could care less about studying at this point. I'd like to get my life back (please) :)

What you don't like the pink, purple, and blue? =P
