All this plus pictures?!?!

So, this has officially been a slacker weekend, however, tomorrow being no school, I SHALL GET WORK DONE. As well as a trip to Spag's. Bah. Anyway, I'll get on with an update. I can't really remember what I did Friday. I think I cam home from class, had a nap, woke up and got some NICU work done and some repro read. Went to bed late.

Then Saturday I got up and putzed around, got some random things around the apartment done. Then I was planning on going to a classmates party, but my friend cancelled on me so I didn't go. However, almost simultaneously, Jennie found me and we made plans. Unfortunately, the billard hall halfway between us had been turned into a Target or something (damn them) and we went to JJs for the pats game and pool. Ah, blue collared local folk outfitted with their football jerseys. It was a goodtime. Looking at Jennie's recollection of the evening, I apparently schooled her at pool. This I don't remember, I wasn't playing too well, but I thought she was playing fine, better then some people I've played against. I guess engineers are intuitively better at it. I wonder if that's true about other extracirricular activites? Anyway, it's funny that even thought I am almost a quarter century old and I live alone, I still come back home at a decent hour, though it's not by my doing. Like three weekends in a row now. Come to think of it, I stayed out later in high school.

And then today my parents brought me my sister's bureau, since my kinda fell apart (damn target). Word of advice, don't get furniture you put together yourself. My dad also replaced my thermostat in my bedroom so the heater works now. I'm glad I didn't do it myself. He needed a volt meter and had to attach the wires funny. I would have just gone black to black, red to red, but that would not have worked. And then out to dinner. Then tv/random other things. Now I think I am going to go to bed early and wake up early (ha). Oh, I watched empire records on sat night too. Good movie.
