This is what I first thought yesterday but then I couldn't place the line in the movie. But Warren is the shoplifter and the guy who took the money says it after he glues those quarters down... or so I think. :-P
Ah ha! Good job, however its A.J., the artsy guy that glues down the quarters, thus he says the line. :)
Yeah, A.J. was that dude's name. I couldn't remember it at all.
Way back when, after watching the movie for the gazillionth time, my friend glued her change to her bedroom floor. Amazingly her parents didn't kill her.

I was just going to write about my favorite parts of that movie, but then I kept thinking of so many, so, yea, there are so many good lines
