French manicure
In between coats of nail polish, I'm writing a blog entry. French manicures make me feel pretty. The hooker red from Halloween was all chipping off. If you are going to buy nail polish in the future, spend the extra 2 bucks and get the better quality stuff, like OPI. Covergirl polish sucks. Anyway, I use google desktop. It's quite nice. It's customizable, gives me weather, my calendar, gmail, to do list, scratch pad, and tons of other things available. Scratch pad is the best cuz when things pop into my head I'd like to blog about but don't have time, I add to the list. And on with the show:
I found out I don't like yogurt, AGAIN. Every year, I buy a yogurt at the grocery with the rationale that everyone likes yogurt, it's make from cows, it comes in all sorts of flavors, it's good for you, it's cheap, and it's cold: I should like yogurt. But, when I eat it, it's gross. It tastes sour, like sour milk. Regardless of the flavor. How come it doesn't come in chocolate? But you know, I don't like pudding either. It could be the texture.
I went to the Death Cab for Cutie concert in Boston with Erin Friday night. California Pizza Kitchen is super good. The concert was good. I do like Death cab, though I don't think the show was worth the price of the ticket. Lots of the songs sounded the same. They did a really long set though, 5 or 6 in the encore. The median age of the audience was 17, so that was fun. It made me feel really old and really young at the same time. The concert was at the recently renovated Opera House. The place was beautiful, chandeliers, gold leafed everything, roman architecture. Such a contrast to the 16 year old, emo/A&F dressed kids and emo/rock band on stage. It was enchanting really. And thanks to Erin's MAD map reading skills and my beautiful sense of direction, we navigated ourselves in to and out of Boston successfully. I only blew my horn once or twice. Still waiting on pics from Erin.
I've been told I need to write a cookbook. I love to bake/cook. I plan to make scones, blueberry and raspberry, tonight. Even though it's midnight. I'd title the book "Midnight Baker" because that's usually when I bake.
Apparently, getting a duplicate ID is very easy. I often fear that my ID will be stolen or my credit card. And my social was still on my driver's license, which is now against federal law. So, I got a new ID. You should too.
Lastly, I'm pissed, as usual, with the media and the stupidity of people who take every word at face value. I wrote a big, wandering paragraph about this topic, but it was not quality and I have said it all before, thus it was deleted.
I'm OTR, a total RB, and in heat. Watch out.
