Gotta have a back up plan
I may have mentioned this in my blog before, but I don't remember. God forbid I lose my license to practice or am hurt in some way that leaves me unable to practice (amputation). If this were to happen, (god forbid), I have a back up plan - help veterinary practices integrate computers into daily activities and help go completely paperless. I would be a high priced consultant and manage the technical support for several practices in an area. And develop programs and tools to help increase productivity and revenue. I might even start my own company and go national. Hmmp. Seems like a lot less work. Wouldn't have to bitten/scratched/mauled or roll around in shit or go out in the cold for long periods of time. I'd work in a nice office from 10-4. Forget this doctor crap, I think computers are the way to go. :)
Ok, back to writing a paper (?!?) I thought coming to vet school I would never had to write another persuasive argument again. I was wrong.
